Delivery and Returns
The transport of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within two or four days after receipt of your payment.

The default shipment choice is the cheapest. However, when ordering one may for certain destinations choose another shipping method (Colissimo with tracking, drop-off with or without signature).

Whatever shipping method selected, we will as soon as possible accordingly provide you with a link that lets you track the online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. In addition of a fixed part, they may contain a variable part based on price or weight of your order.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

THe Itsuo Tsuda Endowment Fund can under no circumstances whatsoever be held liable for the impossibility of delivery due to the loss of the package, for its delayed delivery or for any damage to the package or to its contents caused during its being mail-transported by La Poste.

Returns

We do not provide return package service.
